The Attorney General PA Office

Do you want to know more about the Attorney General PA? The Attorney General’s office in Pennsylvania is held by one lady, Mrs. Linda Kelly who has served from the year 2011 to this date. She succeeded Tom Corbett who served as from 2005 to the 2011 when Linda Kelly took office.

In most jurisdictions, an Attorney General is the main legal advisor to the Government and in some jurisdictions; he or she may also have executive responsibility for public prosecutions against public offenders. Though the government may designate some official as the permanent Attorney General in the common law tradition, anyone who comes to represent the state in the same way and capacity is referred to as such even if only for a particular case. It is for this reason that in most countries and states, you will find that it is not only the one single attorney general who prosecutes all cases in their entirety; the job is distributed to state attorneys and so forth.
